2025 Summer Series Event #5---GULF TERRACE HIKE AND BIKE
July 4th themed-week! Wear your spirit attire and join us for the 4th of July costume contest!

🎉 Race Details

• Date and Time: June 30, 2025, at 7 PM mass start.
• Location: 9001 Dishman Rd., Beaumont, TX.
• Registration: FREE and open to the Public 5K Run/Walk! WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED via pre-registration signup, for EACH participant who will be on course, no matter the age.
• Spectator Policy: *spectators do not need to sign a waiver*

⚠️ Event Guidelines

• Wristbands: All registrants will receive a wristband and must wear it for the duration of the event, while you are at the race site.
• Safety: Be cautious and alert for motorists, and other runners/walkers/bicyclists not involved in our event.
• Facilities: Adequate water stops on course!
• Pets: No pets at our events - only service animals.

👟 Participant Information

• Health & Safety: EMS/trained individuals will be on standby at all of our events. Let us know ASAP if you are not feeling well, or need basic 1st aid.
• Course Direction: Keep to the RIGHT side of the course, unless you are passing someone.
• Stroller Usage: Strollers are highly discouraged. If you choose to use a stroller, please indicate that on your registration to complete the separate Stroller Waiver here.
• Course Restrictions: Kids on foot or in stroller only. NO BIKES, SKATES, SKATEBOARDS, SCOOTERS OR ANY OTHER TOY ROLLING DEVICES on course.

💧 Hydration and Preparation

Please take extra care to get, and stay hydrated PRIOR to race day. Wear proper hot weather protection: running shoes, hat/visor, sunblock, sunglasses, etc...
