🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

The Sea Rim Striders' Turkey Trot is an annual 5K/10K/Kids K event hosted on Thanksgiving morning, November 27, 2025, at The Event Centre, 700 Crockett St., Beaumont, TX.

This event is organized by the Sea Rim Striders Run Club, a volunteer-run 501(c)3 organization dedicated to promoting health and fitness through running.

🏅 Race Swag

• T-Shirts: Available in Youth 2T - Adult 5X, short-sleeved, with options for men's unisex & women's v-neck cut.
• Bibs: Disposable chip on bib for timing, ensure not to bend.
• Finishers Medals: Custom neck ribbons for all finishers.

💵 Registration Fees

• Kids 1K: $10
• 5K: $30
• 10K: $40
• No Refunds: Please check before registering.

🎖️ Awards

• Overall Winners: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd male and female in both 5K and 10K.
• Masters Awards: 1st male and female in Masters, Grand Masters, Sr. Grand Masters.
• Age Group Awards: Available for every 5 years up to 70+.
• Kids K: Timed with awards for top male & female.

⏰ Race Start Times

• Kids K & 1K: 7:30 AM
• Adaptive Athletes 5K/10K: 7:50 AM
• 5K/10K Start: 8:00 AM
• Turkey Presence: A Turkey will run with Kids K participants!

🥤 Post-Race Festivities

Enjoy free food and drink for all participants provided by our generous sponsors. You'll find refreshments like bottled water, Gatorade, and snacks available post-race.

🚧 Course Details

The race course takes you through downtown Beaumont, with both the 5K and 10K being USATF Certified.

📅 Packet Pickup

Packet pickup will be at The Event Centre on November 26, 2025, from 12 PM to 6 PM. Please pick up your packet in advance to avoid delays on race day.

🔔 Race Day Information

No race day registration will be available: ensure you arrive on Wednesday to avoid delays. Races start promptly, so be ready!

🛍️ Merchandise Sales

Merchandise will be available from November 26 until race day: cash or check only.

🏆 Medal Monday and Costume Contest

Join in the fun from December 1 to December 3. Show off your finisher medals for a chance to win, and participate in the costume contest by posting your Turkey Trot spirit!
