Sea Rim Striders' 2025 Turkey Trot 5K/10K/Kids K

Join us for the 35th Annual Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning, November 27, 2025, at The Event Centre, located at 700 Crockett St., Beaumont, TX. This festive running event is a hallmark of our community and an exciting way to celebrate the holiday season!

About Us

• Organization: The Sea Rim Striders Run Club is an all-volunteer incorporated 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization that has been in existence since the 1970s.
• Mission: We support, encourage, and promote running and walking at all levels to increase health and fitness awareness.
• Community Focus: Everything we do is free and open to the public except the Turkey Trot event, which is our signature fundraiser.
• Event Significance: We work hard to bring you this annual holiday tradition right here in Beaumont!

• Overall Winners: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Male and Female in both 5K and 10K.
• Masters & Grand Masters: 1st Male and Female in both 5K and 10K.
• Free Entry: Into the 2026 Turkey Trot for all Masters and Overall Winners.
• Age Group Awards: Available for 5-year age divisions.

Race Start Times

• 7:30 AM: Kids K & 1K Special Needs Individuals
• 7:50 AM: Adaptive Athletes 5K/10K
• 8:00 AM: 5K/10K Start
• Note: Turkey will join the Kids K participants!

Post-Race Amenities

• Refreshments: Free post-race food and drinks provided.
• Free Race Photos: All photos will be posted on our Facebook page.
• Photography Areas: Stations include start line, finish line, and on-course photos.
• Community Support: Thank our sponsors for their generosity!

Course Information

• Route: The course is through downtown Beaumont.
• Certification: Both the 5K (#TX18079LAB) and 10K (#TX18080LAB) courses are USATF Certified.
• Packet Pickup: Will be conducted on Wednesday, November 26, at The Event Centre.
• Race Day: No race day registration: arrive early for packet pickup.
