About the Event

• Organization: The Sea Rim Striders Run Club is an all-volunteer incorporated 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization.
• Purpose: We support, encourage, and promote running and walking to increase health and fitness awareness.
• Event Significance: The Turkey Trot is our signature fundraiser event of the year.
• Community Focus: Everything we do throughout the year is free and open to the public, except this event.

• Featured Charity: Each year, SRS chooses a local Non-Profit charity to support.

Race Swag

• Shirts: Sizes available in Youth 2T - Adult 5X, Short-sleeved, unisex & women's v-neck cut.
• Material: Ledger tech Fabric from Leslie Jordan Manufacturer, color: Red.
• Fit: Shirts normally run true to size.

Bibs: Disposable chip on bib. Chip timing for 5K/10K with PELICAN TIMING.

Finisher Medals: Custom neck ribbons for all finishers.

Registration Fees

• Kids 1K: $10
• 5K: $30
• 10K: $40

Refund Policy: NO REFUNDS.

Discounts: Contact the RD for Military and SRS Member discount codes.

Award Levels

• Overall Awards: 1st, 2nd, 3rd overall Male and Female in both 5K and 10K.
• Master Awards: 1st Male and Female in both 5K and 10K for Masters, Grand Masters, Sr. Grand Masters.
• Free Entry: For all Masters and Overall Winners into the 2027 Turkey Trot.

Race Start Times

• 7:30 AM: Kids K & 1K Special Needs Individuals
• 7:50 AM: Adaptive Athletes 5K/10K
• 8:00 AM: 5K/10K starts.

Post-Race Details

• Free Food and Drink: Enjoy bottled water, electrolyte hydration, beer, bananas, donuts, granola bars, and more.
• Free Race Photos: Photos will be posted on Sea Rim Striders' Facebook page.
• Course: The race course is through downtown Beaumont, with USATF certification for both 5K and 10K.

Packet Pickup

• Location: The Event Centre, 700 Crockett St., Beaumont, TX.
• Date: Wednesday, November 25 from 11am – 4pm.
• Race Day Pickup: Available 6am-7am on race day.

Merchandise Sales

SRS Merch will be sold from 11am on Wednesday, 11/25 through 11am on race day. Cash or check only.
