Join us for the 10th Annual Run for Your Life! This Halloween-themed 5k & Kid's Run supports the Help Center's 24/7 crisis and suicide prevention services. The Help Center has been serving our community for over 53 years!

🧠 Purpose of the Race

• Aim: To bring awareness to suicide prevention.
• De-stigmatization: Promote seeking mental health help.
• Healthy Activity: Encourage physical activity to support mental health.
• Community Focus: Engaging local involvement for a cause.

🏃‍♂️ Race Options

• 5k Run: Participate along the southside trail system and streets.
• Kid's 1k Fun Run: Enjoy a fun run around the MSU Football Stadium.
• Virtual Event: Run from anywhere at your chosen distance.
• Inclusive: Runners, walkers, rollers, strollers, and dogs are all welcome!
