Join us for the 12th Annual Run for Your Life, a Halloween-themed 5K and Kid's Run benefiting Help Center, Inc.'s 24/7 crisis and suicide prevention services. Help Center, Inc. has been here for our community for decades, offering hope, connection, and life-saving support.
Purpose
- AWARENESS: This beloved community race raises awareness for suicide prevention.
- STIGMA: Helps break the stigma around seeking mental health care.
- INSPIRATION: Inspires movement for the mind, body, and spirit.
- CHOICES: Choose the 5K along the scenic southside trail system and streets, the Kid's 1K Fun Run around the MSU Football Stadium, or our Virtual Run, any distance, anywhere.
