Join us for the 11th Annual Run for Your Life—a Halloween-themed 5K and Kid’s Run benefiting Help Center, Inc.’s 24/7 crisis and suicide prevention services. Help Center, Inc. has been here for our community for decades, offering hope, connection, and life-saving support.

Purpose

• Awareess: This beloved community race raises awareness for suicide prevention.
• Stigma: Helps break the stigma around seeking mental health care.
• Inspiration: Inspires movement for the mind, body, and spirit.
• Support: Benefits Help Center, Inc. and its services.

Race Options

• 5K: Choose the 5K along the scenic southside trail system and streets.
• 1K Fun Run: Participate in the Kid’s 1K Fun Run around the MSU Football Stadium.
• Virtual Run: Take part in our Virtual Run—any distance, anywhere.
• All Participants: Runners, walkers, rollers, strollers, and dogs are all welcome.
