K-Staters continue a great tradition of giving back to our community: proceeds for this year's virtual 5K run/walk will benefit Be Able. Be Able is a community resource that exists to engage with those in adversity by creating connections, cultivating skills, and opening doors of opportunity. 💰 Cost

• Registration Fee: $30.00
• Discount: $5.00 discount offered to K-State Alumni Association members and current K-State students
• Note: The discount page is 3 screens into registration: please provide your Alumni Association member number, or your K-State eID.

T-shirt Guarantee

T-shirt is guaranteed if registered by September 17 @ 12 p.m. No refunds will be given for any 5K registration or shipping fees paid.

🏅 In-Person Information

• Event Start Time: 9 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 5 at the K-State Alumni Center
• Prizes: Awarded for first through third in four categories: non-student male, non-student female, male student, and female student
• Packet Pickup: Non-student and students (not in a group) can pick up your race packet on Friday, Oct. 3 from 2-5 p.m. or on Sunday from 8-8:30 a.m.

🌐 Virtual Information

• Eligibility: The virtual 5K is open to non-students and students (excluding groups)
• Registration Deadline: Must be registered by 9 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 5
• Participation: Enjoy a 3.1-mile walk, jog, or run at a place, pace, and time of your choosing between Sunday, Sept. 28 through noon on Sunday, Oct. 5
• Results Submission: Enter your race time here by noon on Oct. 5

📅 Additional Information

All virtual registrations paying for shipping will be mailed the week of September 22. If you choose not to have your packet shipped you must pick up your packet on Friday, Oct. 3 from 2-5 p.m. or the morning of the race, both from the K-State Alumni Center.
