• Proceeds: The proceeds for this year's virtual 5K run/walk will benefit Be Able.
• Community Resource: Be Able is a community resource that exists to engage with those in adversity by creating connections, cultivating skills, and opening doors of opportunity.

💵 COST

• Registration Fee: $30.00
• Discount: $5.00 discount offered to K-State Alumni Association members and current K-State students.
• Note: The discount page is 3 screens into registration, and you will be asked to provide your Alumni Association member number, or your K-State eID.

👕 T-shirt Guarantee

• Deadline: T-shirt is guaranteed if registered by September 17 at 12 p.m.
• Refunds: No refunds will be given for any 5K registration or shipping fees paid.

🏛️ IN-PERSON INFORMATION

• Start Time: The in-person 5K will begin at 9 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 5 at the K-State Alumni Center.
• Prizes: Prizes are awarded for first through third in four categories: non-student male, non-student female, male student, and female student.
• Packet Pickup: Non-student and students (not in a group) can pick up your race packet on Friday, Oct. 3 from 2-5 p.m. or on Sunday from 8-8:30 a.m. before the race, both at the K-State Alumni Center.

🌐 VIRTUAL INFORMATION

• Eligibility: The virtual 5K is open to non-students and students (excluding groups) and must be registered by 9 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 5.
• Registration: You can register through this site or call the K-State Alumni Association at 785-532-6260.
• Event Details: Enjoy a 3.1-mile walk, jog, or run at a place, pace, and time of your choosing between Sunday, Sept. 28 through noon on Sunday, Oct. 5, and share your results.
• Results Submission: Don’t forget to enter your race time here by noon on Oct. 5.

📦 Packet Shipping

• Shipping Week: All virtual registrations paying for shipping will be mailed the week of September 22.
• Packet Pickup: If you choose not to have your packet shipped you must pick up your packet on Friday, Oct. 3 from 2-5 p.m. or the morning of the race, both from the K-State Alumni Center.
