Join us for the Third Annual Doc Liebeknecht Scholarship 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at the Shipyard, 60 Main Street, Pennsville, NJ 08070.

👨‍⚕️ About Doc Liebeknecht

• Community Presence: If you lived in Pennsville between 1960 and 1995 chances are good that you had Dr. Liebeknecht as your doctor.
• Local Contributions: Doc has been a staple of the Pennsville Community for decades providing grade school vaccinations, high school physicals, and was the high school doctor for football games and wrestling matches for PMHS.
• Accessibility: Doc had open office hours, made house calls all over Salem County and was part of the Salem County physicians’ weekend on-call coverage.
• Scholarship Fund: The funds raised from this race will go towards a scholarship in his name for a PMHS Senior entering the medical field.

📍 Race Details

• Starting/Ending Point: The 5k begins and ends at The Shipyard, 60 Main Street, Pennsville, NJ 08070.
• Course: An easy out-and-back run or walk followed by an awards ceremony and afterparty with food and drink at the Shipyard.
• Participants' Perks: All participants will receive a t-shirt while supplies last.
• We Can't Wait: We can't wait to see you there!

🕘 Race Schedule

• Date: Saturday, October 4, 2025
• Start Time: 9:00am
• Registration: Race Day registration and packet pick-up begins at 7:30am.
• Registration Fees: Pre-race Registration: $30: Day of Registration: $35.

🎉 Post-Race Celebration

Post-race party and awards ceremony with food and music will follow the race.
