Sprint Triathlon:

• Swim: ~1/4 mile in Lake Mahopac (in the water start, with waves entering every three minutes)
• Bike: ~10.5 mile (two laps around Lake Mahopac)
• Run: ~2.7 mile (out to turn around point and back, Lake Mahopac)

5K*:

• Run Course: Same as the sprint triathlon
• *To prioritize safety, the run distances for both events are 2.7 miles.

• Ty Louis Campbell Foundation: Nonprofit funding research & clinical trials for aggressive childhood cancers.
• Mission: Improve long-term survival rates for children with cancer.
• Inspiration: Ty Louis Campbell inspired a global fight against childhood cancer.

📅 Event Schedule

• Packet Pick-Up: Friday, 9/13, 3pm-9pm & Saturday, 9/14, 5:30am at 654 Route 6, Mahopac.
• Registration: Pre-registration only, with limited day-of race entries. Closes on 9/13 at 3pm. No refunds, exchanges, or guaranteed event shirts.
