• Deadline: ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 6pm ON FRIDAY EVENING.
• Race Day Registration: AVAILABLE ON SITE STARTING AT 7:30am!

🌲 Race Overview

• Annual Event: Back for 2025! Come and join us for the only race of its kind through one of Long Island's largest Christmas Tree Farms!
• Location: Lewin's Christmas Tree Farm on Fresh Pond Avenue in Calverton!

• Holiday Spirit: All participants will be given special bells to attach to their sneakers to add to the holiday spirit!

🏆 Awards and Perks

• Special Awards: We’ll have special awards for the overall winners!
• Christmas Trees: Trees for the overall male/female 5K champions.
• Raffle: A few trees and wreaths to raffle off for those who bring a non-perishable food item on race day!
• Free Treats: Plus HOT CHOCOLATE for all participants!

• Pictures with Santa: Free Christmas tree and wreath raffles!
• Costume Contest: Join our BEST HOLIDAY COSTUME CONTEST too!
• Stroller Friendly: Jogging strollers are welcome! Just be mindful that much of the course is split between gravel trail and grass/dirt paths.

🏅 5K Awards

• Top Finishers: Top three male and female finishers overall.
• Age Groups: Top three males and females in various age groups from 14 and under to 85+.

👕 Amenities

• T-shirts: Long Sleeve T-shirts guaranteed for participants who register by November 26th!
• Overall Winners: Christmas trees will be awarded to the top male/female overall!
• Tree Cutting: If you would like to go cut down/pick a tree after you race…that would be an additional cost.

🏃‍♂️ Rudolph's Fun Run

• Eligibility: This Fun Run is open to children 12 and under. ~1/4 mile.
• Post Race: Results, Pictures, and Finishline Video available online after race.

💰 Entry Fees

• JINGLE BELL JOG 5K: $30 w/ event shirt guaranteed if registered by November 26th, $35 Day-of.
• RUDOLPH'S FUN RUN: $20 w/ event shirt guaranteed if registered by November 26th, $25 Day-of.

🏅 Virtual Race Information

• How It Works: You may run your race anywhere you choose at your convenience and post your results anytime before December 6th, 2025, at 9pm.
• Submission: Complete your run, upload your results and photos on the race website.
• Finishers Certificate: Don't forget to print out your finisher's certificate after you submit your time!

💪 Charitable Giving Initiative

• Community Support: The STRONG ISLAND RUNNING CLUB recognizes the importance of "giving back" to our community.
• Partnership: We have aligned ourselves to assist in fundraising on behalf of TEAM RED WHITE AND BLUE, a 501 (c) 3 Charity assisting wounded veterans.
• Food Donations: Please bring a non-perishable food item to this event to participate in our ongoing effort to help ISLAND HARVEST feed our neighbors on Long Island.
• Raffle Entry: All who donate will be entered into a raffle for a free race entry and a special prize!
