🌲 Join Us for the Festivities

• Holiday Spirit: Back for 2025! Come and join us for the only race of its kind through one of Long Island's largest Christmas Tree Farms!
• Event Location: Visit Lewin's Christmas Tree Farm on Fresh Pond Avenue in Calverton!
• Awards: All participants will be given special bells to attach to their sneakers to add to the holiday spirit! We'll have special awards for the overall winners!

🏅 Race Registration & Awards

• Bib Pickup: Bib number pickup / day-of registration is on-site starting at 7:30am.
• Prizes: Trees for the overall male / female 5K champions, plus trees and wreaths to raffle off for those who bring a non-perishable food item on race day!
• Event Start Times: Jingle Bell Jog 5K starts at 9:00am, Rudolph's Fun Run starts at 8:30am.
• Awards: Top three male and female finishers overall and top three finishers in various age groups.

☕ Event Amenities

• Aerate Clothing: Long Sleeve T-shirts guaranteed for participants who register by November 26th!
• Hot Chocolate: All participants will receive hot chocolate!
• Entertainment: Pictures with Santa, free Christmas tree and wreath raffles, and a Best Holiday Costume Contest!
• Strollers: Jogging strollers are welcome, but please be mindful of the course terrain!

💰 Entry Fees

• Jingle Bell Jog 5K: $30 with event shirt guaranteed if registered by November 26th, $35 Day-of.
• Rudolph's Fun Run: $20 with event shirt guaranteed if registered by November 26th, $25 Day-of.

🏃‍♂️ Virtual Race Information

• Race Anytime: You may run your race anywhere you choose before December 6th 2025 at 9pm.
• Results Submission: Upload your results and photos on the race website after completing your run.
• Bib Download: Virtual participants can download their bib after registering.

🎁 Charity Initiatives

• Community Support: The STRONG ISLAND RUNNING CLUB supports TEAM RED WHITE AND BLUE, aiding wounded veterans.
• Food Drive: Please bring a non-perishable food item to help ISLAND HARVEST feed neighbors on Long Island.
