Calling all Turkey Trotters: Join us for the 8th Annual Thanksgiving Day Apple Cup 5K!!!

Celebrate: Both Thanksgiving AND Apple Cup at the same time!!!

Dress Code:

• Team Spirit: Sport your Husky or Cougar colors!!!
• Creativity: Dress like a Turkey if you want!
• Fun: We just want you to come out and have fun!
• Results: Receive an official 5K chip-timed result.

📅 Event Information

Location: The event will be held at Green Lake Park in Seattle.

Course: 5K on the paved loop around Green Lake. Flat and fast for a PR!

Registration: Under 18 needs a parent or guardian to register.

Race Day Schedule:

7:45AM - 9:10AM: Bib Pickup at Green Lake softball fields. Day-of-race registration also available.

9:30AM: 5K Race Start.

9:50 AM: Podium Awards Begin - Top 3 in each age category.

9:50AM - 10:40AM: Post-Race Hydration and Nutrition available.

Scholarships:

Financial Hardship: If you're facing financial hardship, contact the race director here.

Bib Pickup:

Timing: No bib pickup prior to race day: pick up on race day between 7:45AM and 9:10AM.

Course Info:

Start/Finish: At the Greenlake Community Center basketball courts.

Path: Head west toward the lake, counter-clockwise loop around Green Lake. Final turn at "Turn and Burn" corner.

Timing: Chip-timed by Bell Lap Productions.

Weather: Prepare for cold or inclement weather (It’s November).
