Join us for the 5th Annual 5K Run, Walk & Stroller Roll!

Mark your calendar for Saturday, July 11, 2026, at the Riverside EpiCenter in Austell, Georgia, for a high-energy, family-friendly event designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re running, walking, strolling with little ones, or bringing your four-legged friend, everyone is welcome!

A stroller or child is NOT required—just come ready to move and have fun!

🎶 Event Highlights

• Live Music: Enjoy high-energy performances that will keep you motivated all morning.
• Chip-Timed Race: Every step counts with official race timing for participants.
• Participant Perks: All registered participants receive a commemorative race t-shirt, a finisher medal, and a bag of fresh fruit. Register by June 28, 2026, to guarantee your t-shirt!
• Wellness Village: Stick around after the race and explore our Wellness Village, featuring local businesses, health resources, fitness vendors, and exciting giveaways. Not participating in the race? No problem! The Wellness Village is FREE and open to the public—so invite a friend and come out to shop, connect, and support the community.

📸 Race Day Experience

• Free Race Photos: Download and share your favorite race-day moments at no cost.
• Special Guests: Look out for surprise appearances throughout the event!
• Kids’ Fun Runs: Kids can join the excitement with a 1-Mile Run and a toddler-friendly 50-Meter Dash.
• Start Times:
  • Kids 1-Mile Run (Ages 5–12): 7:30 AM
  • 5K Run/Walk & Stroller Roll: 8:00 AM EDT
  • Toddler 50-Meter Dash: Immediately following the awards ceremony (no registration required: medal is not guaranteed)

Hosted by It Starts With Me 2, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting healthy living for the entire family. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life in our communities through education, nutrition, and physical fitness.

🚗 Parking & Location

• Free Parking: Available adjacent to the start line.
• Overflow Parking: Available at Word of Faith Cathedral (across the street).

🎨 Make It Fun!

Get creative—decorate your strollers and dress your children in fun costumes to add to the excitement!

⚠️ Registration Notes

• Child Participation: Children riding in strollers are FREE with a paid adult registration (no need to register the child).
• On-Site Registration: Increases by $5.
