The Freeland YMCA, and Eagle Rock Resort are proud to announce our 18th annual adult sprint distance triathlon. The swims will be held at the base of the Eagle Rock Resort, on its crystal clear, spring fed Lake Susquehanna.

🚴‍♂️ Bike Course Details

The Bike course will be a 2 loop course all within the Eagle Rock Resort.

🏃‍♀️ Running Segment

You will finish with a 3.1 mile run near the lake.

📅 Schedule

• Packet Pickup: Friday Sept 26th 2025 from 5:00-6:30 at the Eagle Rock Beach.
• Athlete Check-in: Packet pickup from 5:30-6:45 a.m. Saturday Sept 27th.
• Wave Start: at 7:00 a.m.
