Race Overview
The Late Summer Meltdown 4-Miler is an out-and-back trail race taking place in Pen Park, within the City of Charlottesville. The course follows parts of the Rivanna Trail on both single track and double track trails.
Course Details
- Terrain: The course features some rolling hills and flat grassy sections.
- Difficulty: It is the least technical terrain of the summer series races.
Event Details
- Series: This is the fourth and last race of the Charlottesville Summer Trail Running Series.
- Post-Race: Your registration includes a post-race dinner and banquet immediately following the race.
Awards Information
- Overall Winners: Awards will be given to the overall male and female winners.
- Age Groups: Awards for the top 3 in each of the following age groups: Kids 12-U, 13-17, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
