🏃♂️ Race Overview
Join us on October 19, 2024 for the Louisiana Legends Fest 5k and Kids Fun Run, organized by Homer Dixie Softball and sponsored by Barnette and Benefield, Inc. Proceeds will benefit the Homer Dixie Softball program that was developed in 2024 and has accomplished major achievements and awards in less than one year. We currently have two teams headed to the World series in Monroe on the weekend of July 26, 2024.
📅 Event Schedule
- Sign Ups Start: Thursday, July 18, 2024
- Packet Pick-Up: October 19, 2024 at 7:00am
- Race Check-In: Begins at 7:30am
- Kids Fun Run: Starts at 8:00am
- 5K Run: Starts at 8:30am
🏆 Awards & Age Groups
Awards will take place immediately following the race. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards will be awarded to the following age groups:
- Age Groups: 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+
- Special Awards: Overall male and female winner
