8-Hour Dream Endurance Race & Cat Nap 5K

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Event Date: 2026-06-06
• Location: 510 W 49th St, Indianapolis, IN
• Duration: 8-hour endurance event
• Experience: Largest endurance running event in Central Indiana

🌟 Participation Options

• Course Selection: Choose between the long course (5K) or the short course (1.91 miles)
• Categories: SOLO, TEAM, or Cat Nap 5K
• Team Divisions: Female, Male, and Coed with sizes of 3-4 or 5-6 members
• Cat Nap 5K: Starts at the same time as The Dream for friends and family to join

🏆 Specialty Team Divisions

• RC Cup: For certified non-profits
• FC Cup: For fitness clubs and training organizations
• Team Composition: 6-person co-ed only containing 3 males and 3 females
• Entry Limit: One entry from a running club in the RC Cup division

🎉 Team Requirements

• 3-4 Person Coed Division: Must have one female if three people, two females if four people
• 5-6 Person Coed Division: Minimum of two females if five people, three females if six people
• New For 2025: Updated requirements for team compositions
• Open Division: Running clubs compete but can only have one team in the RC Cup division

🥳 Event Features

• Start Time: 10 AM
• Location: Outside of historic Hinkle Fieldhouse on Butler University's campus
• Post-Race Party: Beer garden, music, and complimentary food
• Unique Experience: A day on campus at what feels like a running tailgate
