Butler Bulldog Jog - hosted by Indy Runners

Event Overview

We had another wonderful day on Campus in 2025 for our Bulldog Jog - the 6th year of our partnership race with Butler University and Indy Runners and Indy Walkers running club! We':re looking forward to even more fun in 2026.

Event Highlights

• Supporters: Butler Blue, Butler Cheer and Hink, and the Butler Pep Band will be present to support you and our Dawg Walk.
• Charity: We will be splitting donations between our three beneficiaries: Butler HRC student programs, Indy Runners' Giving Back initiatives, and the Indy Humane Society.
• Course: Our 5k continues to be a nice tour through our lovely campus with a flat, fast course for racing hard or a great family event for kids.

Participate Virtually

We will continue to have our Virtual Option for Butler Alumni and other supporters who may not be able to attend on race day. All virtual participants will receive race shirts (which will be mailed to you).

Dog Participation

Dog Note: Running with your dog is allowed in the 5k, but please be mindful of other runners. PLEASE NO DOGS IN THE 10k THROUGH NEWFIELDS. Thanks for your understanding.

Stroller Use

Stroller Note: Please limit the use of running strollers with young Dawg fans onboard to just the 5k, as the Canal Towpath can be tight for passing. It's best to stay on the wider roads of the 5k.
