Art Car IPA 5K Social Run/Walk at Flying Saucer - February

Event Overview

We LOVE seeing you keep those beer bellies in shape for the Art Car IPA 5K presented by UHD! Our friends at the Flying Saucer and the Art Car IPA 5K Beer Pacers will help you too!!

Race Details

• Date and Time: February 7, 2027, Check in at 8:00 AM, Run/Walk starts at 9:00 AM
• Location: 705 Main Street, Houston, TX
• Cost: $35 for registration
• Includes: Guided 3ish mile run/walk, three brews from Saint Arnold Brewing Company, pint glass, and breakfast from Texas Tamale Company

Post-Event Celebration

When we get back, we'll eat, drink and celebrate Saint Arnold, raise a toast and crush some tamales and enjoy great times at the Flying Saucer too!

Pacing Groups

• All Paces Welcome: We welcome all paces for the run/walk.
• Pacing Leaders: At least three pace leaders each week: one in the front, one in the middle, and a butt pincher at the end.
• Route: The route is roughly 3ish miles starting at the Saucer and then heading back.

Parking and Weather Policy

• Parking: Free in downtown Houston on Sundays!
• Rain or Shine: All social run/walks are held rain or shine!
• Weather Contingency: If weather prevents us from running, we will still eat and drink beer, glorious beer!
