🎓 Scholarship Fund Information

• Proceeds: All proceeds will go to the Beverly Smith Scholarship Fund.
• Organization: The Pickens Women’s Association (PWA) is a non-profit civic organization focusing on community involvement.
• Scholarship Details: The Beverly M. Smith Scholarship honors Beverly Smith and is awarded to a female graduating from Pickens High School exhibiting exceptional leadership and civic skills.
• Charitable Contributions: Proceeds above the scholarship amount are donated to local charities.

⏰ Race Details

• Start Time: The race will start promptly at 10:00 AM.
• Awards Ceremony: Scheduled for around 11:15 AM after the last runner finishes.
• Awards Structure: Awards will be given 3 deep for overall M/F and Masters M/F, with age group awards at 10-year intervals.
• Family Friendly: New this year, there will be awards for under 10, ages 10-14, and 15-19 categories.

💰 Awards Information

• Overall Male & Female: Cash awards will be presented.
• 1st Place: $100
• 2nd Place: $75
• 3rd Place: $25

📦 Packet Pick-up

• Date & Time: Packet pick-up will be on Friday, April 25, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
• Race Day: Pick-up available from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
• Location: Under the shelter at the Doodle Park in Pickens.

👕 Tee Shirts

• Registration Deadline: Runners registering by April 16, 2026, will receive a tee shirt.
• Availability: Tee shirts will not be available after April 16, 2026.

🚗 Parking Information

• Street Parking: Available on E. Cedar Rock St.
• City Works: Additional parking available on Railroad St.
