🌸 Race Overview
- Event Date: April 26, 2025
- Location: 415 E. Cedar Rock St, Pickens, SC
- Race Series: This is the 3rd race in the The Pickens County 5k Race Series.
- Purpose: All proceeds from the race will go to the Beverly Smith Scholarship Fund.
🏆 Awards and Ceremony
- Awards Time: The race will start promptly at 10:00am: award ceremony around 11:15am.
- Overall Awards: Overall Male and Female winners will receive cash awards ($100, $75, $25 for 1st, 2nd, 3rd respectively).
- Age Group Awards: 3 deep for overall M/F and Masters M/F, with additional awards at 10 year intervals.
- Family-Friendly: Special age group awards for under 10, 10-14, and 15-19 categories.
📦 Packet Pick-up
- Location: Under the shelter at the Doodle Park in Pickens.
- Date & Time: Friday, 4/25/25 from 4:00pm-6:30pm and race morning from 8:00am-9:30am.
👕 Tee Shirts
- Eligibility: All runners who register by 4/16/25 will receive a tee shirt.
- Availability: Tee shirts will not be available after 4/16/25.
🚗 Parking
- Available Locations: Parking is available on E. Cedar Rock St and at City Works on Railroad St.
