Run There. BE THERE! The Fair.
The Be There! 5K provides participants a fun course throughout the Miami-Dade County Fairgrounds. Celebrate opening weekend of the 2026 Youth Fair by running through the midway during the annual run.

📍 Course Details

The BE THERE 5K begins at the main entrance of The Youth Fair. Participants will run through Tamiami Park then enter the fairgrounds to run alongside the rides, concessions stands, exhibits and cross the finish line on Main Street inside the fairgrounds. The course map will be emailed to participants.

🥇 Finishers Awards

• Finishers Medal: All participants will receive a medal upon completion.
• Race Shirt: Sizes selected are final.
• Race Bib: Each participant will receive a bib for the race.
• Youth Fair Admission: One admission to the 2026 Youth Fair for Opening Weekend (March 14 or 15).

⏰ Schedule of Events

Race Starting Time: 7:30 AM
We recommend that you plan to arrive at least one hour before the start time.

• 5:30 AM: Park opens for parking
• 6:00 AM: Packet Pickup opens
• 7:15 AM: Stretch provided by Legacy Fit Doral
• 7:28 AM: National Anthem
• 7:30 AM: Be There! 5K Starts

Proceeds from the Youth Fair’s Be There! 5K will benefit the Miami-Dade County Fair and Exposition’s scholarship program. The Miami-Dade County Fair & Exposition, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to enriching the community by promoting education and South Florida agriculture while showcasing and rewarding youth achievement. We accomplish this by producing a first-class fair with quality entertainment and providing facilities for year-round events.
