📝 REGISTRATION

• Early Bird Priority Registration: closed at 11:59pm on Sunday, August 10, 2025. Thank you to the over 2,875 folks who registered and took advantage of it!
• Next Registration Period: Early Bird Open Registration starts at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 for a limited time.
• Special Celebration: This period is part of our celebration for Hall of Fame Race Director, Jim Stasaitis' birthday.
• Registration Details: It will close at 11:00 AM on Friday, September 26, 2025.

📅 FUTURE REGISTRATION

• Upcoming Periods: Future registration periods are scheduled for January 2026.
• Communication: Registration updates will be shared via email, social media, and local media outlets.

🏅 RACE CAPS

• Race Caps: For the 15K race presented by Excellus BlueCross BlueShield and the 5K race presented by Utica National Insurance Group.
• Announcement: Caps will be announced at a later date.
• Limitations: This is a tiered pricing event with limited capacities, so register early.
• Savings: Save money by securing your spot early.

🛑 GENERAL RULES

• Weather Policy: All Boilermaker events are held rain or shine.
• Prohibited Items: Walkers, animals, skateboards, in-line skates, bicycles, and baby joggers/strollers are prohibited.
• No Refunds: There are no deferrals and no refunds available.
• Dropdowns: Limited (500 available) and on a first come, first served basis.

📋 PUBLIC HEALTH PROTOCOL

• Guidelines: The Boilermaker will follow local & federal public health guidelines in place come race day.
• Stay Updated: Follow our email and social media communications for potential updates.
• Health Agreement: By registering, you agree to abide by the health safety measures.
• Policies: Per the Boilermaker’s policies, there are no deferrals or refunds.

⚠️ RACE SAFETY

• Restricted Access: The course is restricted to registered athletes and official race personnel.
• Headphone Policy: We strongly discourage the use of headphones in both ears for safety reasons.
