International Wire Group is proud to put the "Copper" back into the Copper Wire Run, bringing the iconic Race back to Camden through our non-profit organization, IWG Copper Wire Run.

📅 Date and Time

• Date: Saturday, October 4, 2025
• Start Times: 9:00 am - 1 Mile Fun Run, 9:30 am - 5K Race

⏱️ Race Timing

• RFID Timing: RFID race timing will be provided by Auyer Race Timing & Event Management.
• Chip Timing: Chip timing will ensure accuracy for all participants.

• Men's Record: Sam Morse - 15:17, 2012
• Women's Record: Lisa Bunce - 19:15, 2005

💲 Registration and Fees

• 5K Fee: $30.00, increases to $40 on 10/3.
• 1 Mile Fun Run Fee: $10.00 (sign-ups available on race day).
• Registration: Online only.
• Shirt Sizes: Not guaranteed for sign-ups after September 22.

🎽 Race Packets

• Pickup Times: At the Copper Wire Run Tent in the Village Park on Friday, October 3, from 5 pm to 7 pm or race day from 7 am to 9 am.
• Participant Gifts: Each 5K participant will receive a Copper Wire Run Race shirt, a commemorative pint glass, and a snack afterward.

🏅 Awards

• Overall Prizes: Top Male and Female Finisher overall, Top Male and Female for each age group, and Top Team.
• Commemorative Glass: All finishers get a commemorative pint glass this year.

🥤 Post-Race Activities

• Refreshments: Snacks, water, and juice will be available for all runners after the Race.
• Awards Ceremony: Race Awards will be held following the Race.
