Event Overview
Welcome to Rome, NY and the scenic and lovely 720-acre Delta Lake State Park. Produced by Wilson Endurance Sports in cooperation with the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation - Central Region.
Race Options
- Sprint &: Olympic Triathlon and AquaBike: Various challenges for different skill levels.
- Delta Double: Feeling really ambitious? Race the Sprint and get back to the starting line in time to race the Olympic.
Course Details
- 750m Swim: Start with a refreshing swim in Delta Lake.
- 11 Mile Bike Ride: Moderate hilly ride outside of the Park.
- 5K Run: Run along the scenic grounds of the State Park.
- Loop Details: Olympic participants will complete 2 loops of each course.
Special Categories
- Paratriathletes: Participants are welcome to join.
- Relay Teams: Teams of 2 or 3 are welcome for the Sprint and Olympic triathlon events only.
- AquaBike Competition: Participants will complete their event after the bike segment.
- No Cut-Off Times: NO CUT-OFF TIMES FOR ANY OF OUR EVENTS!
