Mary Cleary 5k Overview

The Mary Cleary 5k is in honor of Mary Cleary and to support the American Cancer Foundation. This year, join us in person and on the road where we will start at the Fireman's Field / Dirt Road and through the library driveway. The route includes:

• Start Location: Fireman’s Field / Dirt Road
• Route Highlights: Left downtown and up Madison Street
• Water Station: Right on West Bacon Street
• Finish Line: Waterville Public Library

In addition, this race is #23 in the Route 20 Road Challenge Series!

Race Information

• Safety: Please watch for traffic, use sidewalks if preferred, and let's have a great race!
• Promo Code: If you are a WCS Athlete please use the Promo Code WCSATHLETE and you will get $5.00 off when signing up!
• T-Shirt: Registration for the first 75 runners includes a unique 50/50 blend t-shirt highlighting a Waterville Highschool Artist! All others will be first come, first serve.
• Online Registration: All online registration closes Friday, September 19th at 8:00 AM.

Event Schedule

• Packet Pick Up: Day Of Registration and Packet Pick Up takes place at the Old Fireman's Pavilion (parking at the library and at the Fireman’s field) at 8:00 AM, September 20th.
• Award Ceremony: Awards will take place after the Free Cruisin' Kids Run.
• Kids Run Start: The Free Cruisin' Kids Run kicks off at 9:30 AM at the library this year!
• Award Categories: Awards will be given to the Overall Male & Female Finisher, as well as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in various age groups.

Age Group Awards

• Categories: 12 & under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29
• Categories: 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69
• Categories: 70+
