🌲 About the Race

• Trail Experience: Come follow in Connor’s footsteps on a beautiful scenic five-mile wooded trail in the foothills of the Adirondacks. Celebrate the beauty of nature as you run or walk through five miles of seasonal roads and trails.
• Inspiration: Follow in the shadow of the young man who loved to run around the lake and the woods of Hinckley for the love of running.
• Purpose: Celebrate life, nature and community as you help fund a memorial and scholarship in Connor’s name, touching lives of future local doctors. This is “Connor’s Way”.
• Proceeds: All proceeds will go to the scholarship and memorial fund created in memory of Connor Arthur Lynskey. Connor aspired to be a physician and his dream was to practice medicine in an underserved area in order to help residents receive adequate health care.

🎓 Scholarship Mission

• Support: Our mission is to continue to provide students and medical students with a scholarship program, with your financial support and through our memorial run/walk in Connor's name.

📅 Event Schedule

• Date & Time: The 5M race will be held on Sunday, September 20th at 10am.
• Virtual Event: The virtual event will go on from September 20th-26th.
• Registration: Registration is online only, no paper or cash accepted.
• Kids Fun Run: Try our kids fun run, an untimed event beginning at 9:30 am on race day. Free shirt included with registration through 9/4 only.

👕 T-Shirt Availability

• Deadline: For all events, if you register after 9/4, there are only a limited number of shirts available per size.
• SOLD OUT: If there are no longer shirts available in a particular size, it will be noted as "SOLD OUT".
• Shipping: Virtual Event participants who register by 9/4 will receive their shirt by race day.
• Late Shipping: Virtual Event participants who register after 9/4 will receive their shirts in mid to late October.

• Date: Friday 9/18 – 4pm-7pm
• Location: Holland Patent High School, 8079 Thompson R., Holland Patent, NY 13354

• Registration: Registration & Packet pickup 8:00 – 9:30
• Kids Run: Kids Run 9:30
• Welcome: Welcome at 9:40
• Start: Run/Walk at 10:00, Awards 11:30 (runners may pick up medals prior to awards ceremony)

🚌 Parking Information

• Location: Parking in the village of Hinckley
• Shuttle Service: Shuttle bus available from 7:45 – 10:00 to the Race Start & Event Area
