Start Time

• Registration: 9:00 AM
• 5K Start Time: 10:00 AM (Race will be done in waves)
• Note: Dogs are allowed, but please line up in the back and use a short leash.

Race Distance

• Distance: 5K (Chip-timed)
• Course: Race will take place on sidewalks: runners must obey traffic laws.

Registration Fees

• Included: Registration includes one Hermes race shirt of your choice
• Early Registration: $15 - through Tuesday, January 20
• Standard Registration: $20 - beginning Wednesday, January 21 through race morning
• Note: No paper forms will be taken on race day: use QR code for registration on your phone.

Virtual Run - $20

• Option: Run on your own at the location of your choice
• Result Submission: Post your result Submit Virtual Result Here.
• Shirt: Following registration, a random classic Hermes shirt will be mailed to you.

T-Shirts

• Selection: All participants will choose their favorite shirts from previous Hermes races.
• Additional Sale: Extra shirts will be available for sale at the race (3 for $5).

Awards

• Prizes: Awards for the top overall male and female finishers.
• No Age Group Awards: There will be no formal age group awards or ceremony following the race.

Refund Policy

• Policy: All entries are non-refundable.
• Transfer: Entries cannot be transferred or sold to others.
• Next Year's Race: Entry fees are not transferable to the next year’s race.
