🏟️ Welcome to the Garden State Showcase #2

Hi everyone,

Super excited for tomorrow. We are getting super lucky with the weather: 55 and sunny at noon tomorrow!

📋 Final Instructions

• Location: The meet is at Memorial Stadium (Joyce Kilmer Road) in New Brunswick. Park in the New Brunswick Middle School parking lot, across the stadium, and walk right in.
• Arrival: Please arrive 60-90 minutes before your race.
• Check-in: Upon arrival, please come to the yellow tent in the middle of the track and get your personalized bib and hip number. Please wear the bib on the front of your uniform.
• Hip Numbers: Hip numbers will NOT be given for the 300m, but they will be given in the 500m, mile, and 3k/5k. Please wear the hip number on your left side.

⏰ Meet Schedule

• Starting Line: Please be at the starting line of your heat five (5) minutes before it's scheduled to start.
• Blocks: Please bring blocks if you'd like to use blocks.
• Photos: Within 24 hours of the meet's conclusion, we will send out meet pictures by event in a Google Folder.
• Live Results: Live results, heat sheets, and performance lists can be found here. The heat sheets are also attached, as well. We will upload to Milesplit 48 hours after the meet.

🏃‍♂️ Warm-Up & Facilities

• Warm-ups: You may warm up on the infield and outside lanes, but please be mindful of the races.
• Restrooms: Bathrooms are located below the stands on both sides.

12:55 Heat 2: 5k/3k (Men's 5000 seeds 17-27 and Men's 3000)

1:15 Heat 3: 5k/3k (Men's seeds 29-37, Women's 5000, and Women's 3000)

1:40 Heat 1: 500m

1:43 Heat 2: 500m

1:46 Heat 3: 500m

1:49 Heat 4: 500m

1:52 Heat 5: 500m
