📍 Packet Pickup
- Saturday: February 1st from 3pm-5:00pm at Fleet Feet Sports Fresno, 9447 N Fort Washington Suite 106, Fresno, CA 93739
- Race Day Pickup/Registration: Sunday, Feb. 2nd- 10k: 7-7:50am MTB Race 8:45-9:45
- Note: No race day registration will be available
- Start Times: 10k Run at 8am, MTB race at approximately 10am
🗺️ Directions
- Hensley Lake Directions: Click here for Google Map Directions.
- GPS: Please ensure it directs you to the Buck Ridge Recreation Area on the east side of Hensley Lake.
- Parking Fee: $10 self-pay fee at the main gate: prepaid methods are available via kiosk.
- Important: Allow extra time for parking fee payment as envelopes cannot be distributed prior to race day.
🚗 Parking Information
- Parking Areas: Follow the road straight upon entry and turn left into the boat parking lot: alternate lots are available.
- Early Arrival: A small parking lot near the start/finish area fills up quickly.
- Regulations: No double parking or parking on the shoulder: citations may be issued.
- Payment: Credit card payments accepted at the new kiosk outside the Buck Ridge gate.
🏁 Race Logistics
- Start Location: Just inside the Buck Ridge Recreation main gate on the right-hand side.
- MTB Race Numbers: Must be attached to the front of handlebars: failure to do so will affect results.
- Participants: Complete only 1 lap for the MTB Ride in the "Ride & Run" category: confirm with the timing tent for changes.
- Categories: Cat A - 3 laps, Cat B - 2 laps, CAT 1 & Juniors - 1 lap: switching events post-start is prohibited.
👕 Race Gear
- Shirts: Size exchanges available after the race if your registered size does not fit.
- Course Markers: Marked with signs and orange ribbon: easy to follow if you adhere to markers.
- Aid Station: No aid station for the 10k: please carry your own water.
- Difficulties: The course may take longer than a standard road 10k.
🥇 Awards Ceremony
- 10k Awards: Overall Male & Female 1st-3rd Place plus age group awards for 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, etc.
- MTB Awards: Overall Male & Female 1st-3rd for each Category A, B, & C.
- If you win: Awards available for pickup at Fleet Feet Sports Fresno on Tuesday after 2pm.
