Event Overview

USAT Sanctioned Super Sprint Triathlon.

Perfect for beginners, or a tune-up before your next big race.

Distance: 400 yd swim | 5.4 mile bike | 2.2 mile run

Swim Details

• Location: Starting in the water at Millerton.
• Launch Point: Athletes will utilize Millerton Lake Boat Launch.
• Course: Athletes will swim 400 yards around buoys.
• Exit: Return to the boat ramp, exit the water and proceed to the Transition Area.

Bike Course

• Start Point: Starting at the Transition Area.
• Direction: Athletes will head north towards the Millerton park entrance.
• Turnaround: At the top Millerton Lake SRA sign.
• Route: The bike is out and back with rolling hills.

Run Course

• Surface: All asphalt road.
• Start Point: Starting at the Transition Area.
• Distance: Athletes will run approximately 1.1 miles towards the Millerton park entrance.
• Turnaround: At the crosswalk, and back to the finish line.
