San Joaquin River Trail Half Marathon & 10K

🏞️ Event Overview

Come out and run some of the best local trails and a half marathon course that will kick your butt. With approx. 2500' of elevation gain this course won't be your typical stroll in the park. Over 90% single track trail in the foothills, this course could easily become your new favorite. Awards will be given out to top 3 overall Male and Female and 3 deep in age-groups.

📅 Early Bib/Shirt Pickup

• When: Friday, March 6th From 3:30-5:30pm

• When: Saturday, March 7th 6:30-7:50am in the Start Area

🚗 Parking Information

• Carpool: Please carpool if possible.
• Parking Areas: Aholul Campground and additional lots available.
• Parking Restrictions: Do not park in the Equestrian Area.
• Late Arrivals: Parking available on Smalley Rd if you arrive late.

⏰ Race Start Times

• Half Marathon: 8:00am
• 10K: 8:10am

📊 Course Information

Both the 10K and Half Marathon courses are challenging with steep hills and rough terrain. If you have not run in this area before please know that this course will take you much longer than a road Half Marathon or 10K. With that in mind please plan to carry a handheld water bottle and your preferred nutrition.

• Aid Stations: 10K has one aid station around mile 4. Half Marathon has stations at mile 4, 6, 9.6, & 11.7.
• Course Markers: The course will be marked with signs and orange ribbon.
• Trash Policy: Please make sure any trash stays at the aid station, do not drop it along the course.

🏆 Awards

• Finishers Medal: Both Half Marathon and 10K Finishers will receive a Finishers medal.
• Overall Awards: Top 3 Overall Male & Female finishers.
• Age Group Awards: 3 deep in 10-year Age Groups for men and women.

🍵 Post Race

Once you finish we will have refreshments waiting for you. Please feel free to hang out and enjoy the area and cheer on your fellow runners as they finish.
