Love Speaks 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run

- Date: Saturday, October 24, 2026 at 8 AM
- Location: 331 Park Avenue, Eunice, LA
Registration Fees
- In-Person Registration: 5K or 1 Mile - Now thru Oct. 7th - $30: Price goes up on Oct. 8th - Oct. 22nd - $35
- Virtual Registration: 5K or 1 Mile - Now thru Oct. 7th - $35: Price goes up on Oct. 8th - Oct. 22nd - $40
- Team Registration (In Person): 5K - Now thru October 7th - $25: Price goes up on Oct. 8th - Oct. 22nd - $30
- Team Competition: Participate with health clubs, boot camps, and crossfit organizations for a fun time together.
T-Shirt and Packet Pickup
- T-Shirt Size: Guaranteed for those registered by October 7th: first come, first served thereafter.
- Packet Pickup: Friday, Oct. 23rd from 4 PM till 6 PM at First Baptist Church of Eunice, fellowship hall.
- Pickup Location: Use the double doors on 4th street.
- Virtual Run: Run anytime from Oct. 25th thru Oct. 31st: submit results online from Oct. 25th after 8:30 AM until midnight on Oct. 31st.
Age Groups and Awards
- Age Groups: 15 and under, then male/female every 10 years.
- Awards: Overall 1st, 2nd, & 3rd male and female for 5K: 1st place in each age division male and female for 5K.
- Fun Run: 1 Mile Fun Run is simply for fun and support: no awards will be given.
Race Course
- Start Point: Begins on 4th Street at First Baptist Church near historic downtown Eunice.
- Course Details: Goes around the block and continues on Park Avenue, which is flat and smooth.
- Scenic Route: Beautiful oak-tree lined route with plenty of shade.
- Finish Line Amenities: Fruit and water available at the finish line.
Additional Activities
- Bake Sale: Planning a fun day with a bake sale.
- Beneficiary: All proceeds benefit mission work, specifically the Basile Community Outreach Center.
- Community Impact: Provides vital relief for families in need: formed by a collective group of Christians.
