The Great Pumpkin Run for Bennett 5k

Event Date: Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 8am

Location: Levy Park, 403 East 3rd Street, Crowley, LA 70526

Event Purpose

• Benefit: This run supports Bennett James Guidry, son of David and Joelle Guidry, and the INADcure Foundation.
• Condition: Bennett was diagnosed with Infantile Neuroaxonal Dystrophy (INAD) shortly after his 3rd birthday.
• Funds Allocation: A portion of funds raised will help his family purchase necessary medical equipment.
• Research Support: Funds will also support the INADCure Foundation in their quest to develop gene therapy for INAD.

Event Activities

• Fun for All: Join us for a family fun morning at Levy Park.
• Additional Events: Besides the 5k, enjoy food, activities for kids, a bake sale, and auction/raffle items.
• Live Entertainment: There will be music to enhance the festival atmosphere.

Registration Information

• Before September 23rd: Youth ages 0-14 - $25 (includes race shirt).
• Before September 23rd: Adults ages 15 and up - $35 (includes race shirt).
• After September 23rd: Youth ages 0-14 - $30.
• After September 23rd: Adults ages 15 and up - $40.

Registration Details

• Same Day Registration: Begins at 7:15 AM (shirt not guaranteed).
• Packet Pickup: At Levy Park, morning of race starting at 7:00 AM.

Age Groups

• Categories: Age groups will include 1-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, etc., up to 70+.

Awards

• Top Finishers: Awards for the Top Overall Male and Female.
• Age Group Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female in each age group.
