Start Times

• Kids' Fun Run: Starts at 8:30 AM
• 5K Race: Starts at 9:00 AM
• Location: Both events start and finish at Zervas Elementary School
• Preparation: Arrive early to ensure a smooth start

Course Details

• 5K Course: USATF Certified, beautiful out-and-back
• Route: Through Newton neighborhoods and Commonwealth Ave carriage lane
• End Point: Back at Zervas Elementary School
• Safety: Roads monitored by Newton Police

Parking Information

• Parking Closure: Zervas Elementary School lot will be closed
• Alternative Parking: Available on Allen Street and neighboring streets
• Recommendation: Walk if you are nearby
• Consideration: Carpool with friends or family

Race Packet Pickup

• Location: Heartbreak Hill Running Company, 638 Commonwealth Ave, Newton, MA
• Friday Pickup: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday Pickup: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Special Offer: 20% off for Turkey Trot participants

Awards and Prizes

• Overall Winners: Prizes for top 3 male and female 5K finishers
• Age Categories: Awards for various age brackets
• Kids Fun Run: Prize for top male and female under 12
• Participation: Medals for all children in the kids fun run

Race Guidelines

• No Bikes or Strollers: Not permitted for safety reasons
• Dog Policy: Dogs allowed at the back of the lineup
• Safety First: Respect rules for a secure event
