⏰ Start Times

• 1-Mile Family Race: Starts promptly at 8:30 AM.
• 5K Race: Begins at 9:00 AM.

📍 Course Description

• Start Point: Zervas Elementary School on Beethoven Ave.
• Course Type: Beautiful out-and-back run through Newton neighborhoods.
• Police Monitoring: Roads will be monitored by Newton Police.

🚗 Parking Information

• Parking Lot: Closed at Zervas Elementary School.
• Alternatives: Limited parking on Allen Street and neighboring streets.
• Suggestion: Consider walking if you are nearby!

🎖️ Prizes

• Overall Finishers: Top 3 male and female finishers in the 5K will be awarded prizes.
• Age Categories: Prizes for various 5K age categories.
• Kids Fun Run: Prizes for the top male and female finishers under 12.
• Participation Medals: All children in the 1-mile fun run and first 1200 participants in the 5K will receive medals.

🚫 Event Restrictions

• Bikes/Strollers: Not permitted for safety reasons.
• Dogs: Must line up at the back if bringing your dog.

💻 Virtual Option

• Support the Cause: Join virtually and run your own course.
• Shirts: Will not be mailed: pick up during pre-race bib pickup if registered before October 15th.
