🏅 Medals and Awards

• Current Status: We have sold out of our 2025 10k & 5k medals.
• Discount Option: Register for a discounted rate and receive a previous year medal at the finish line.
• Awards Eligibility: Runners will still qualify for the awards.
• Race Points: Participants will receive JOSC Race Series Points.

🏖️ Event Overview

• Explore: Take in the views and explore North Topsail Beach while running.
• Race Options: Choose from a Half Marathon, 10k, or 5k.
• Honoring Veterans: The race is in memory of Dr. E. B. Sledge, honoring all combat veterans.
• Veteran Background: E. B. Sledge served in WWII and later became a beloved biology professor.

📅 Course Information

• Location: All courses are on the beach.
• Half Marathon Cut Off: 4 hours. Anyone left on the course after the fourth hour will be disqualified.
• Post-Race Refreshments: Enjoy FREE beer from Salty Turtle Beer Company for Half Marathon & 10k runners.
• Snacks: Finish line snacks provided by Onslow County Tourism and a Hot Cocoa Bar from Fit4Life Richlands.

👕 T-Shirts

• Purchase Option: Choose to purchase a shirt instead of including one in registration.
• Availability: Items can be picked up with your packet or shipped for virtual racers.
• Variety: A selection of items will be available in our race store.
• Registration Reminder: Remember to register and select T-shirt options.
