Join us for the Spartanburg Run for Babies 5k! This 5k benefits March of Dimes and the incredible work they do each and every day. Every family deserves the best possible start. But that’s just not the case. Each year, one woman dies every 12 hours from pregnancy-related causes, and 1 in 9 babies in South Carolina is born too soon. With your help, we can change that. We are focused on one thing: helping more moms and babies be healthy and strong. Our annual March for Babies and Run for Babies Campaigns are our largest weapon against the heartaches that exist in maternal and infant health. We are looking forward to a day where every mom and baby is healthy regardless of wealth, race, geography, or race. We need your help to make that happen. We engage our local community with sponsorship opportunities, employee giving campaigns, volunteer engagement, advocacy efforts, and more.

• Provide Resources and Programs: to help moms throughout their pregnancies
• Train and Educate: health professionals to improve mom and baby care

📅 When:

March 29th, 2025 @ 9:00am

• 8:00am - Registration and Check-in (packet pickup) Opens
• 8:20am - Opening Remarks from March of Dimes
• 8:40am - Kids' Superhero Sprint (12 and under)
• On-site kids' "fun run": of about 20 yards. Kids run by age group and each child receives a superhero cape and mask (no registration required).

👶 Youth Discounts:

Children Under 12 Discounted Pricing (only children running the race and in need of a bib or t-shirt need to register. If you are pushing a stroller with a child, you do not need to register the child)

• $20: through February 28th
• $25: through race day

🦸 Superhero Theme:

• Superhero themed 5k for all ages
• Awards for the Top 3 Finishers in each age group (male and female)
