🎃 Spooky Sprint 5K & 1-Mile Family Fun Walk 🎃

Location: Muskingum Family YMCA

Start Time: 9:30 am (5K), 9:40 am (1-Mile walk)

Race day pick up will begin at 8:15 am.

Get ready for an enjoyable day of fitness and festivities at the Spooky Sprint 5K & non-timed 1-Mile Family Fun Walk! Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking to enjoy a scenic stroll with the family on the tree-lined Collegial Woods jogging trail, this Halloween-themed event has something for everyone.

• Costumes: Dress in your favorite costume and race (or walk!) through our spooktacular course lined with creepy decorations.
• Participants: Strollers and leashed pets are welcome for the 1-Mile Walk — the more, the scarier!

🎉 Event Highlights 🎉

• Professionally timed: 5K race.
• Family-friendly: 1-Mile Fun Walk. Kids 10 and under are free with a paid registered adult.
• Costume contest: with prizes.
• Trick-or-treat: stations on the walk route.
• Post-race festivities: Bounce house, face painting, swimming, and games at our annual fall fest.

🏆 Awards & Prizes 🏆

• Top Finishers: Top 3 Overall Male & Female Finishers (5K) receive special medals and spooky bragging rights!
• Age Group Winners: Awards for the top 3 finisher, Male and Female, in various age divisions.
• Age Divisions: Ages 10 & under, 11–14, 15–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60-69, and 70+.

📅 Registration Information 📅

All paid registered participants in the 5K/1-Mile Fun Walk will receive a commemorative finisher medal and race T-Shirt.

• Pricing: $30.00 (5K), $20.00 (1-Mile Walk): after August 15th, $35.00 (5K), $25.00 (1-Mile Walk).
• Late Registration: Add $5.00 to your entry for late-day registration. No Refunds.
• Beneficiary: Proceeds will benefit the Muskingum County Family YMCA.
