Race Overview

Gobble, Gobble! Join TWIN RIVERS YMCA for our 19th Annual Turkey Trot 5K &: 10K on Thursday, November 26, 2026, at Taberna Golf and Country Club. Our 5K is perfect for families, strollers, and leashed dogs, and is open to both timed and untimed runners and walkers. The 10K is designed for competitive runners and is open to timed runners only.

Race Pricing

5K

• Early Registration: $33 – Register by October 31
• November Registration: $38 – Beginning November 1
• Race Day Pricing: $40 – Race Day (November 26)

10K

• Early Registration: $38 – Register by October 31
• November Registration: $43 – Beginning November 1
• Race Day Pricing: $45 – Race Day (November 26)

Kid’s Dash

• Price: $16
• Age: Children 10 and under will race a 40-yard dash and give it all they’ve got!
• Participation: All Kid’s Dash participants receive a t-shirt and medal.

Important Registration Information

• Fees: Transaction fees are included in the registration price.
• Shirt Guarantee: Register by Friday, October 9 to guarantee your race shirt and preferred size. A limited number of shirts and sizes will be available after this date, but shirts and sizes are not guaranteed.
• Dry-Fit Shirts: If you select a dry-fit (tech) shirt, there is an additional $10.00 charge. You must register by the end of the day on October 9 to guarantee availability.
• Refund Policy: NO REFUNDS. NO TRANSFERS.

Kid’s Dash: 6:00 – 8:30 AM (Race starts at 9:15 AM)

Awards Ceremony: for 5K &: 10K: 8:45 AM

• Overall Awards: Top 3 Overall Male &: Female Finishers in both the 5K and 10K
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 Male &: Female Finishers in each age group for both events

Event Day Information

• Questions on Race Day: Visit the registration table or approach anyone in a bright yellow volunteer shirt.
• Packet Mailing Option: Shirt shipping is available for an additional $10 fee (bibs will not be mailed). Shirts will be shipped on Friday, November 20th. This option can be selected during registration.
• Parking &: Shuttle: Free parking will be available in the Subdivision of Taberna. A shuttle (small bus) will run from the clubhouse, heading east on Taberna Way toward Taberna Circle.
• Dogs &: Strollers: Participants with dogs or strollers must start in their designated staging area.
