Race Fees: Register Early for Best Price!

• Early Registration: $25 for the 3-Mile or 10K race until March 17th
• Next Registration: $35 for the 3-Mile or 10K race until April 20th
• Final Registration: $40 for the 3-Mile or 10K race until May 22nd
• Race Day Fee: $50 for the 3-Mile or 10K race on race day

Special Considerations

• Free Registration: Members of the Central Mass Striders, 70 years or older on race day
• Verification: Select the correct option when registering: membership and age must be verified

• No Refund Policy: Official race policy states NO REFUNDS

Cancellation Policy

• Emergency Cancellations: Every effort will be made to reschedule if there’s a natural disaster
• Refunds: Not available for cancellations
• Deferred Registration: Contact the Race Director for deferrals due to medical issues or pregnancy

3 Mile and 10K Race Information

• Race Circuit: Part of the USATF-NE Mountain Circuit 2026
• 3 Mile Course: Run uphill to the top of Mount Wachusett
• 10K Option: Continue to the Finish Line at the bottom of the mountain
• Cash Prizes: Awarded to male, female, and non-binary winners of both races

Prizes

• Age Group Winners: Merchandise prizes for age groups in the 10K race
• No Age Group Prizes: Not applicable for the 3 Mile Race
• Runner Mugs: Given to the first 400 runners

Packet Pick-Up

• Date and Time: Bib and mug pick-up will be on race day beginning at 8:00 am
• Location: Parking lot for the Ski Lodge
