🏃‍♂️ Warren Riverside Run 5k Run/Walk

Join us for the 2nd Annual Warren Riverside Run, a 5k run & walk, along the Salamonie River and celebrate with us afterwards at our post-race party at Riverside Park. All proceeds benefit Warren Chamber of Commerce to help enrich the lives of the individuals that call Warren home.

The race will take place on Saturday, October 11th, 2025 at 8:30am. The start/finish line will be located at Riverside Park, 126 E 1st St, Warren, IN 46792. The route for this 5k will take you across the bridge, along the Salamonie River, and around Riverside Park.

📝 Registration & Fees

• Register early: $25 per runner/walker until September 1st 2025.
• Fee increase: At 12:01 AM on September 1st, fee increases to $30.
• Day of registration fee: $35.
• Race shirts: Guaranteed only to those who register BY SEPTEMBER 26th.
• Registrants: Limited to the first 150 Registrants!

🎁 What do I receive?

All in-person participants will receive:

• Shirt: A Riverside Run 5K race shirt*.
• Race bib: A race bib.
• Children: Ages 7 & under can run/walk with their parents free of charge but will not be timed or receive any race materials.
• Bib wear: All participants must wear their bib# on the front of their bodies on their outermost layer of clothing in order to be properly timed.

*The cutoff for a guaranteed t-shirt size is September 26th. If you missed the t-shirt cutoff, please check back after the race to see if there are any left-over shirts for exchange.

🏆 Awards

All overall and age group participant placers will receive an award. The award ceremony for the overall winners will begin at 9:45 A.M. with age category winners to follow.

• Top Males & Females: The top three Males and Females in the 5k will receive an award.
• Age group awards: There will also be awards for the top 3 males and females in each age group.
• Presence required: MUST BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE AWARDS.

🚗 Parking

Public Parking is available at the gravel lot beside 100 N Main St. Warren IN. There is also street parking available near the park.

🐶 Guidelines for Dogs Attending the Event

All dogs must be kept on a non-retractable leash and under supervision at all times.

• Cleanup: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.
• Aggressive behavior: Any dog displaying aggressive behavior toward people or other dogs must be immediately removed from the event by its owner.

📸 Photography Waiver and Audio/Video Recording Policy

By participating in the Warren Riverside Run 5k, you grant the event the right to use your name, photograph, and/or video in educational, news, or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic, or other media, including our website and social media platforms.

🌧️ Inclement Weather & Refunds

This event raises funds for the Warren Area Chamber and there will be no refunds if the race must be canceled due to inclement weather. We will hold the race as long as conditions do not make holding it dangerous to competitors. If the race is canceled, you can still pick up your race packet at Riverside Park. Information for that will be posted as needed.

There will also not be any refunds given if you are unable to attend the event after registering. All funds from the Riverside Run fund the Warren Chamber and their help to the community throughout the year.
