- Additional Pick-Up: Thursday, Nov. 27 at Downtown Public Restrooms from 6 AM - 7:15 AM.
- Shirt Size Guarantee: Last day to guarantee shirt size is Nov. 15. Limited availability after this date.

- Overall Awards: 4 total awards for Overall Male and Female in both 5K and 10K races.
- Grand Prizes: Hams for grand prizes and pies for first place per age group.
- Results: Instant results provided.
- Pies: Available for pick up during the award ceremony after the race.
