- Start Location: Begins on 9th St at the intersection of 9th and Green St
- Finish Line: Ends at Triangle Park

Race Number and Shirt Pick-Up
- Friday: 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM at Keystone Running Store (1042 Mill Creek Rd Suite 32, Allentown, PA 18106)
- Saturday Morning: 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Keystone Running Store
- Saturday Evening: 4:45 PM until 6:10 PM at Emmaus High School Annex Lot (Macungie Ave/North St/Harrison St)
Rain Date Policy
- Parade Schedule: Race will follow the parade schedule
- Postponement: If the parade is postponed due to weather, the race will be as well
- Rain Date: Sunday at 5:30 PM (1 hour earlier than Saturday start time)
- Adjusted Parade Time: Parade starts at 6:00 PM instead of 7:00 PM
Awards
- Award Ceremony: Following the race at approximately 7:10 PM
- Completion Goal: Ceremony should be wrapped up by 7:25 PM for parade
- Overall Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Overall (Male + Female) with cash prizes ($100, $75, $50)
- Costume Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Best Costume with cash prizes ($75, $50, $25) and additional categories on the Facebook Page
Age Group Awards
- Age Groups: 1st and 2nd Place for Male + Female in categories of 8 and Under, 9-11, 12-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
- Award Type: Gift Certificates
- Final Note: Runners who may take longer than 40 minutes will be warmly applauded as they finish
