Celebrate Global Running Day with a 5K brought to you by the Toledo Roadrunners Club in partnership with Metroparks Toledo!
👶 Children's Participation
- Free Entry: ALL kids 12 and under are free and should stay with guardians during the 5K.
- Family Friendly: Children and families are welcome!
🕡 Event Details
- Start Time: 5K starts at 6:30pm.
- Kids Kilometers: Also consider joining us at Kids Kilometers on June 6. Registration link - Kids Kilometers
🏞️ Course Information
- Location: The 5K course at Swan Creek Preserve Metropark was funded and mapped by the Toledo Roadrunners Club!
- Trail Type: It is an all purpose paved trail, great for all ages and abilities.
- Course Layout: The course consists of an upper loop (approximately 1.7 miles) with the balance being an out and back.
- Distance Option: If you don’t want to run or walk the full 5K, come out and complete 1.7 miles!
💵 Registration Details
- Entry Fee: The event is $5.00 for Toledo Roadrunners Club members and $10.00 for non-members.
- Shirt Add-On: $13.00 unisex cotton blend shirt add-on (see shirt below). Shirt guarantee ends on May 24.
- Online Registration: Online registration only. Will be open until the start of the event.
- Optional Prompt: During registration, you'll be prompted to fill in "I Run ...". Let us know why you run! Have fun with it!
🏠 Check-In Information
- Location: Check-in at the Mary Jane Gill shelter, located south of the playground.
- Check-In Time: Check in starts at 5:30pm. Use the parking lot off Airport Highway.
🚰 Post-Race Amenities
- Timing: There will be a clock set up. There are no awards.
- Refreshments: Water and snacks will be available at the conclusion of the event.
- Giveaways: There will also be some giveaways!
- Insurance: Due to the low cost and the t-shirt being an add on, race insurance is not offered for this event.
🏥 Medical Support
Mercy Health – Toledo will provide onsite medical support.
