Global Running Day 5K!

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Celebrate Global Running Day with a 5K brought to you by the Toledo Roadrunners Club in partnership with Metroparks Toledo!

👶 Free Registration for Kids

• Eligibility: ALL kids 12 and under are free and should stay with guardians during the 5K.
• Additional Events: Consider joining us at Kids Kilometers on June 7. Registration link - Kids Kilometers Registration.

🕡 Event Details

• Start Time: 5K starts at 6:30pm.
• Course Information: The 5K course at Swan Creek Preserve Metropark was funded and mapped by the Toledo Roadrunners Club.
• Course Layout: It is an all-purpose paved trail, great for all ages and abilities, consisting of an upper loop (approximately 1.7 miles) with an out and back.
• Partial Participation: If you don't want to run or walk the full 5K, come out and complete 1.7 miles!

💰 Registration Fees

• Member Fee: $5.00 for Toledo Roadrunners Club members.
• Non-Member Fee: $10.00 for non-members.
• Shirt Add-On: $13.00 unisex cotton blend shirt add-on.
• Registration Method: Online registration only, open until the start of the event.

🏠 Check-In Information

• Location: Check-in at the Mary Jane Gill shelter, located south of the playground.
• Check-In Time: Check-in starts at 5:30pm. Use the parking lot off Airport Highway.

📏 Race Day Details

• Timing: There will be a clock set up: however, there are no awards.
• Refreshments: Water and snacks will be available at the conclusion of the event.
• Giveaways: There will also be some giveaways!
• Insurance: Due to the low cost and the t-shirt being an add-on, race insurance is not offered for this event.

🏥 Medical Support

Mercy Health – Toledo will provide onsite medical support.
