👟 Event Overview

• Date: October 26, 2025
• Location: Lower Manito Park Picnic Shelter, Spokane, WA
• Activities: 5K Race and Kids' Fun Run
• Registration: Must register by October 15th to be guaranteed a shirt.

🏃‍♂️ Schedule

• 9:00am: Day-of bib and t-shirt pickup.
• 10:00am: 5K Race starts, with the horn signaling the kickoff.
• 11:00am: Kids' Fun Run begins.
• Distances: Fun Run offered at 1-mile, half-mile, and quarter-mile distances.

🏆 Prizes and Timing

• Chip Timed: The 5K Race will be chip timed.
• Family Participation: Parents can run/walk with their children.
• Prizes: Overall winners receive prizes, age category winners earn ribbons.
• Fun Run Incentives: All kids receive candy goodie bags at the finish line.

💖 Support a Good Cause

All proceeds from the race are donated to Active4Youth, a local non-profit that believes that by teaching sports and introducing healthy activities to children at a young age, we can begin to address the alarming rise of childhood obesity, while providing children with a safe place to play after school. Its elementary running program is provided at no cost to children in Spokane Public Schools, West Valley School District, and Central Valley School District.

💲 Registration Fees

• $35: 5K Race with T-Shirt before or on October 15th.
• $17: Kids' Fun Run with T-Shirt before or on October 15th.
