Join us for The Foundation 5000, hosted by UF Health St. Johns Foundation. This community event is aimed at supporting the UF Health St. Johns Care Connect Mobile Outreach Clinic.

Purpose of the Race

Our 5K race will support the foundation’s ongoing efforts to provide medical assistance to our community's most vulnerable populations.
