Camp Newaygo Trick-or-Trot 5k Run/Walk

The Course

• Start and End: Camp Newaygo.
• Route: Enjoy a stunning route along a chain of lakes surrounded by woods and water.
• Type: This is an uncertified partially open course, through private roads with gentle terrain.

Holiday Fun

• Costumes: Costumes are encouraged.
• Canine Runners: Canine runners are welcome on leash!

Timing

• Results: Runners’ times will be posted online after the event.
• Awards: Awards will be handed out immediately following the race for the top finishers for both males and females in several categories.
• Categories: Overall, Masters, Senior (60+), Adult (50-59), Adult (40-49), Adult (29-39), Adult (19-28), High school, & Middle/Elementary.
• Medals: Male and female winners from all categories will receive medals.

What you get

• Participant Perks: All participants will receive a race t-shirt.
• Goodies: Enjoy goodies from Ridge Catering at the end of the race.
• Pass to Activities: Each race registration includes one pass to Camp Newaygo's Costume and Campfire!
• Event Details: Enjoy pumpkin carving, outdoor adventure activities, outdoor cooking, and more! Use your pass on Saturday, October 25th or Sunday, October 26th from 1-4pm.

Registration

• Online Registration: Online registration is required.
• Number Pick-up: Pick-up your number on Saturday morning starting at 9:30 AM.
• Deadline: Register by Oct 13th at 5 PM for size-specific race shirts.
• Shirt Sizes: Registrations after that date will receive size "large".

Parking

• Main Camp Road: Please drive up the main camp road, and parking attendants will direct you to a spot.
• Cost: Parking is free.

Proceeds

• Beneficiary: All race proceeds go to benefit Camp Newaygo's mission of supporting children and families.
