Join us for a Thanksgiving Day 5K Run in loving memory of a remarkable soul, Natalie C. Clemens.

💖 A Tribute to Natalie

• Heartfelt Loss: Eight years ago, we lost a beloved friend, sister, and daughter, Natalie Clemens, to a relentless battle with cystic fibrosis.
• Thanksgiving Connection: Born near Thanksgiving, this event is the perfect way to honor her life and raise awareness for cystic fibrosis.
• Inspiring Spirit: Her strength, resilience, and unwavering spirit continue to inspire and remind us how precious life truly is.
• Fundraising Goal: The money raised from this run will be donated to Rock CF.

😂 Natalie's Light

• Full of Laughter: Natalie embodied the spirit of a full belly laugh. She was hilarious and filled with a contagious light.
• Defying Limits: Though she carried the weight of fighting cystic fibrosis, her diagnosis didn’t define her.
• Legacy of Life: She radiated life and laughter, fighting CF for almost 21 years before passing.
• Supporting Research: Thank you for helping us keep the memory of our incredible friend alive.

• Genetic Disease: Cystic fibrosis is a genetic disease that affects thousands of people worldwide.
• Contributions Matter: Your contribution, no matter how big or small, can make a significant difference in the lives of those affected by this disease.
• Running for a Cause: Let’s run in honor of Natalie, support those still fighting CF, and aid in finding a cure!
• Direct Impact: Funds raised will help support cystic fibrosis research and patient support programs.

🏁 Event Details

• Format: This event is a group run, so enjoy the morning at your own pace whether that be a run or walk.
• Route Info: The 5K route can be found below.
• Post-Run Gathering: At 9:00am, please join us at War Water Brewery afterwards to hang out after the group run.
• Registration Perk: Each registrant will receive a shirt commemorating the run.
