Join us for a Thanksgiving Day 5K Run in loving memory of a remarkable soul, Natalie C. Clemens.

💖 Remembering Natalie

• Beloved Friend: Eight years ago, we lost a beloved friend, sister, and daughter, Natalie Clemens, to a relentless battle with cystic fibrosis.
• Inspiring Legacy: Born near Thanksgiving, this event is the perfect way to honor her life and raise awareness for cystic fibrosis.
• Strength & Resilience: Her strength, resilience, and unwavering spirit continue to inspire and remind us how precious life truly is.
• Radiant Spirit: Natalie fought CF for almost 21 years before passing. Thank you for helping us keep the memory of our incredible friend alive.

🌍 About Cystic Fibrosis

• Genetic Disease: Cystic fibrosis is a genetic disease that affects thousands of people worldwide.
• Fundraising Goals: The money raised from this event will be directly donated to Rock CF to help fund cystic fibrosis research and patient support programs.
• Significant Impact: Your contribution, no matter how big or small, can make a significant difference in the lives of those affected by this disease.
• Honor & Support: Let’s run in honor of Natalie, support those still fighting CF, and aid in finding a cure!

🏅 Event Details

• Event Type: This event is a group run as opposed to a chip-timed 5K event, so enjoy the morning at your own pace whether that be a run or walk.
• Route Information: The 5K route can be found below.
• Gathering Place: At 9:00am, please join us at War Water Brewery afterwards to hangout after the group run.
• Registration Perks: Each registrant will receive a shirt commemorating the run.

Funds will directly impact the Foundation's patient-focused support programs such as Kicks Back, the Bowman Brothers Trade School Scholarship, Ignite, and more.
