The Firefighter Cancer Support Network (FCSN) is thrilled to announce the much-anticipated launch of the 5th annual FCSN 5 Alarm 5K Run to Remember! This event takes place Thursday, April 20, 2026, in Indianapolis' White River State Park, during FDIC International.

• Date: April 20, 2026
• Time: The run/walk begins at 6:00pm
• Location: White River State Park, Indianapolis, IN
• Course: Flat, fast, and closed course around the scenic Indianapolis Canal

• Deadline: Register by Thursday, April 2nd to be guaranteed an incredible, high-quality shirt!
• Commemorative Coin: Given to our first 500 registrants!
• Participation: Open to participants of all levels and backgrounds!
• Timing Option: You have the option to be timed.

Dedicated to the memory of Chief Bobby Halton, a cherished supporter of FCSN, the 5 ALARM 5K Run to Remember is a tribute to his enduring commitment and dedication to the firefighter community. Chief Halton served as a friend, mentor, and advocate for FCSN. His personal battle with cancer connected him deeply and motivated his support in assisting firefighters and EMS providers facing a cancer diagnosis.

🏆 Award Opportunity

• Bobby Halton Award: Awarded to the top fundraiser in Chief Halton's honor.
• Free Trip: Comes with a free trip to FDIC including all conference costs, lodging, and transportation.
• Fundraising: Sign up as a fundraiser, invite friends to donate before January 30, 2025.
• Minimum Donation: Required donation of $1,000 to be considered for the award.
