Joining Team SRPS

• Community Impact: When you join Team SRPS, you’re not just raising money for a program.
• Support Students: You’re helping students and mentors across Philadelphia train for races, build relationships, and reach goals they may not have thought possible.
• Engagement Opportunities: Throughout the season, you’ll have opportunities to meet students, attend community events, and experience the impact of your fundraising firsthand.
• Race Day Experience: On race day, you’ll share the course with many of the young people your support helps make possible.

Program Details

SRPS engages youth in grades 6–12 through long-distance running. Running is the vehicle. Mentorship is the foundation.

• Guidance: With the guidance of a trained Running Leader, students build confidence, discipline, and healthy habits while training for races from 10-mile, half marathon and full marathon distances.
• Free Access: By running with us, you help ensure this program remains free and accessible to the youth and families we serve.
