- Annual Event: Designed to bring honor and recognition to Veterans Day.
- Beneficiary: Proceeds will benefit programs for the school throughout the year and Operation Stand Down RI.
👦 One Mile Kids Run
- Course: This event will take place in the park on a specially designed course.
- Start Time: The race will begin at 8:30 am.
- Eligibility: Open to all elementary and middle school students.
- Cost: $10! T-shirts to the first 50 entries for this race.
🏅 5K Race Details
- Start/Finish: At the Park Avenue entrance to Roger Williams Park across from Park View Middle School.
- Start Time: The 5K starts at 9:30 am.
- T-shirts: To the first 400 entries for the 5K registrations.
- Awards: Top male and female finisher, as well as awards for top finishers in each division: 8th grade and under, high school division, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+.
📅 Packet Pickup and Registration
- Packet Pickup: At Park View Middle School Gym on Friday, November 8, 2024, from 3 pm to 5 pm.
- Race Day Registration: Begins at 7:00 am.
🚫 Shirt Availability
- Maximum Reached: We have reached the maximum on race day shirts.
- Participation: Applicants can still run/walk and have breakfast.
