Tulsa Oilers Arena Challenge 2027 - Saturday, February 6th

Times:

• 8:00 am Fun Run: Join us for a fun and exciting start!
• 8:30 am Original Stair Climb: Challenge yourself in our original event.
• 9:45 am Extreme Stair Climb: Test your limits with our extreme climb.

Location:

BOK Center, 3rd and Denver in downtown Tulsa
Doors Open: 7:00 am, enter through the Grand Lobby doors off 3rd and Denver

Parking:

• Street Parking: Generally free on weekends.
• Surface Lots: Available near the BOK Center: read signage for payment details.
• Plan Ahead: Consider parking options prior to race day.
• Follow Signs: Ensure compliance with all parking regulations.

Volunteers:

Courses:

• Fun Run: Course Map

• Extreme: Course Map
• Course Marking: The course will be marked with stanchions, caution tape, and cones.

Starts:

We will have a THREE WAVE START for the Original Stair Climb. Please stage yourself per this chart, based on what you can complete a 5k race in:

• Wave 1: 5k time less than 30 minutes
• Wave 2: 5k time from 30 minutes to 40 minutes
• Wave 3: 5k time over 40 minutes

Packet Pickup:

• Location: BOK Center, Grand Lobby.
• Start Time: Packet pickup will begin at 7:00 am.
• Identification: Look for the big flag that says “Packet Pickup.”
• Details: Pick up your bib and shirt at the designated table.
