Run Like the Dickens

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

• What: Join us for another year of family fun at "Run Like the Dickens!"
• Where: Main Beach, Amelia Island
• When: Saturday, December 13, 2025, starting at 8:30AM
• Check-in: Opens at 7:30AM at the Sandbar Amelia Island

🔥 Pre-Race Activities

• Warm-Up: Come early for the pre-race warm up, courtesy of the YMCA.
• Course: A simple out, around the tree, and back beach run - direction may change based on conditions.
• Note: This is not a chipped race.

🏆 Awards Ceremony

• Location: The awards ceremony will take place at the Sandbar Amelia Island directly following the race.
• Refreshments: Enjoy complementary coffee & hot chocolate.
• Breakfast: Breakfast sandwiches will be available for purchase from 8:00AM - 9:00AM.
• Photo Ops: Santa will also be onsite for photo opportunities!

👕 Registration Information

• Deadline: Register online through Friday, November 21st until 5:00PM to receive an official Run Like the Dickens t-shirt.
• Post-Deadline: If you register after 11/21 or onsite, we will do our best to have a t-shirt mailed to you or available for pick-up at the Welcome Center.
• Sizes: This year, we will have youth sized shirts as an option.

🎉 Participation Details

• Who: All are welcome - including kids and dogs.
• Costumes: Costumes are encouraged!
• Fun: Laughs are guaranteed!
